Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
Roles and Responsibilities
a. You are expected to be the face of Rangmanch Farms in front of the guests.
b. You will be responsible for inbound and outbound calling of prospective customers, sharing the various package details, addressing customer queries as well as to assign leads to the relevant sales team members.
c. You will prepare and maintain records of customer database and share the reports periodically.
d. You will identify, analyze and report any issues that are making guest experience less than perfect and keep track of progress on solving such issues.
e. You will take feedback and suggestion from guests and create a daily / weekly and monthly feedback summary
f. You are also expected to coordinate with other departments to sort out any issues / complaints of the guests
Required Candidate profile
You are a graduate with 3-4 years of experience or an an MBA with 1-2 years of relevant experience in the role of:
- CRM in the field of hotels / travel, or
- CRM in the field of automotive (new / used car sales / service), or
- CRM in the field of high volume of customer calls (inbound / outbound)
