Night Duty Manager

1. Roles and Responsibilities
1. Direct and oversee all resort operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
2. Conduct Briefing for all staff during the Night Shift.
3. Check accommodations, make sure any special requests are carried out accordingly, greet guests upon arrival, and ensure escort to accommodations if needed.
4. Take room service and any housekeeping requests from guests and coordinate with respective departments to ensure completion.
5. Maintain a professional and high-quality service-oriented environment at all times.
6. Act as manager on duty for the resort, dealing with complaints, problem-solving, disturbances, special requests, and any other issues that may arise.
7. Occasionally Assist guests with their luggage, be a point of contact for our guests, and other responsibilities to ensure all requirements are met during guest’s stay
   
8. Ensure completion of the daily night audit in a timely fashion. 
9. Oversee preparation of daily summary reports.
2. Desired candidate profile:

• Have 1-3 years of experience as front office executive / night duty manager in reputed hotels / resorts.
• Is well organised in their work
  
  

Room attendant

Cleaning and servicing guest rooms.
Specifically:

Greeting guests and responding to queries, Changing bed linen and making beds., Replacing amenities eg.  shampoo / soap, Sweeping and mopping floors., Dusting and polishing furniture., Restocking beverages and food items in the minibar., Cleaning public areas, such as corridors., Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs., Updating status of guest rooms on assignment sheet., Assist guests with any requests or needs they may have

Desired Candidate profile

3-5 years of experience as room boy / room attendant in reputed hotel / resorts
